The Cookie Batter

Okay so as long as there are children living under your roof at this time of year, cookie baking must take place. I don't care if you have worked a 12 hour shift, and short handed at that. When you walk in the door all the ingredients will be on the kitchen counter waiting for your assistance. Tonight it is peanut butter (maybe some ginger snap batter later this evening). "You are actually going to let me use the Kitchen Aid?" I figured it would have to take a whole lot to do something to that monster, like dropping it! She is pretty good at the baking thing. Science is her favorite subject.
